It also results in an alarming effect- it affects a child’s performance in school. The study has a firm basis because as we all know, when one is suffering from diarrhea, he loses essential fluids and electrolytes. In connection with mental performance, some specific electrolytes are needed for good functioning of the brain. So, in case of diarrhea, wherein electrolytes are in limited amount because of dehydration, it results in the scarcity of electrolytes to nourish the brain cells thus having a problem with how it functions well.
Healthy eyesight

We sometimes neglect to care for our eyes but we must not forget the fact that our eyes need rest too. Without our eyes, we cannot do our activities of daily living. It has a vital role in everyone’s life. Damage to the eyes for instance, don’t have a n immediate manifestation but sooner, the effect will be apparent like difficultly seeing far objects, unable to identify colors, blurring of vision and worst, blindness. I’m sure; we don’t want to suffer from blindness and its worst effects. So, we must take good care of our eyes.

One problem which is often faced by teenagers is body odor. One triggering factor to this is the active secretion of apocrine and eccrine glands in the arm pit. It was also stated that the armpit harbors fifty times more bacteria than other body parts such as the fore arm. Teenagers should be taught about the needed care they must do with their body. They should not only be healthy basing from their body size but also be clean and free from unnecessary odor. Fight bacteria. Be clean and healthy.

In order not to suffer from exhaustion, one must assess his way of living such as the food he eats, regular exercise and seeing a physician is also necessary. Keep in mind that, having a consultation with a physician shouldn’t only be done during sick days because a lot of problems occur from within without having an apparent manifestation in its early course.

Those canned goods, artificially prepared foods-we have lots of it at our kitchen, we are fond of buying such items. Do these foods bring about something to our health? Yes, they do. They contribute a lot, but not to benefit but harm our good health. It has a negative effect. These processed foods contain artificial preservatives. Which when taken in large amount can cause a negative feedback to our body’s system. So, the next time we go to grocery stores think of those items were putting at our shop cart. Health is at stake to these processed foods.
